Simon Gathercole is a Professor of New Testament and Early Christianity at the University of Cambridge's Faculty of Divinity. He serves as Director of Studies in Theology at Fitzwilliam College and holds editorial roles for Journal for the Study of the New Testament, Early Christianity, and New Testament Studies. His research focuses on New Testament interpretation, early Christian-Jewish relations, and Christological doctrines.
