Dr. Simon Adderley is a Senior Lecturer in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship at Oxford Brookes Business School. He currently investigates scaling challenges for French cooperatives, social enterprise constructions across economic ecosystems, and employment barriers for self-employed guide dog users across Europe.
Adderley's scholarly contributions analyze gendered corporate innovation patterns, experiential learning methodologies in entrepreneurship education, and the balance between artisanal values and industrial efficiency in food cooperatives.
