Dr. Jeremy Zwiegelaar is Senior Lecturer in Enterprise and Business at Oxford Brookes Business School, where he coordinates Entrepreneurship programs. His research investigates nascent entrepreneurship, new venture performance, and organizational applications of big data analytics. Current projects examine cybersecurity leadership, social enterprise effectiveness, and digital innovation in maker spaces.
As Co-Investigator on the £12.4M EPSRC-funded DIGIT Lab project, he researches barriers to digital transformation in large organizations. He teaches modules including Live Client Strategic Projects, Entrepreneurial Behaviours, and Research Methods across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
His publications analyze entrepreneurial well-being, data-driven business models, additive manufacturing in supply chains, and cybersecurity resilience frameworks. Recent work explores gender dimensions in entrepreneurial fulfillment and open innovation through unstructured data sharing.
