معرفی
Simon A. Levin is the James S. McDonnell Distinguished University Professor in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at Princeton University and Director of the Center for BioComplexity within the High Meadows Environmental Institute. His research integrates theoretical biology, ecology, and evolutionary processes with socio-economic systems, focusing on biodiversity, disease dynamics, and collective behavior. He holds appointments in Princeton’s Department of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and leads interdisciplinary initiatives in environmental complexity.

Lab and Collaborations
Levin’s lab explores collective behavior in biological systems and socio-ecological challenges. Recent work includes modeling epidemic dynamics, critical transitions in ecosystems, and the role of prosocial behavior in heterogeneous societies. Collaborations span ecology, mathematics, and social science, emphasizing interdisciplinary solutions to global environmental issues.
