Sim B. Sitkin

Sim B. Sitkin is the Michael W. Krzyzewski University Distinguished Professor in Leadership and Professor of Business Administration at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, as well as Professor of Public Policy in the Sanford School of Public Policy. He is the founding Faculty Director of the Fuqua/Coach K Center on Leadership and Ethics and Director of Duke's Behavioral Science and Policy Center.
