Silviu-Iulian NICULESCU is a Research Director (Senior Researcher) at the CNRS and a member of the Inria 'Disco' team at CentraleSupélec. He holds affiliations with the Laboratoire de Signaux et Systèmes (L2S) and is a leading expert in control theory and time-delay systems. His academic journey includes degrees from the Polytechnical Institute of Bucharest, Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble (INPG), and Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
