Silvia Pellizzari

Silvia Pellizzari is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Trento. She specializes in Administrative Law, Public Law, and Social Services, with a focus on the Third Sector, EU Administrative Law, and Gender Equality. Her research addresses administrative justice, legal rights, and public-private partnerships, alongside urban security and organized civil society.

Her teaching activities include courses such as 'Diritto amministrativo dei servizi sociali e legislazione del terzo settore,' which explores the legal frameworks governing social services and the third sector in Italy and Europe. She also teaches 'Diritto amministrativo dell'Unione Europea,' covering EU administrative powers, institutional frameworks, and judicial review mechanisms.
