Sidika Candogan is an Assistant Professor in Analytics & Operations at NUS Business School. She holds a PhD in Management Science and Operations from UCL (2022), MRes from UCL (2017), and BS/MS in Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
Her research examines platform operations for crowd-based innovation and new product development, using game-theoretical models, empirical analysis, and NLP techniques to enhance economic value generation.
Her publications focus on innovation contest design, team dynamics in crowdsourcing, and product development processes in crowdfunding platforms.
