Zhi Chen

Zhi Chen is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Analytics and Operations at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School. He holds a PhD in Decision Sciences from INSEAD and a B.Eng (First Class Honours) in Industrial and Systems Engineering from NUS. His research focuses on operational challenges in innovation-driven value chains, specifically addressing R&D procurement strategies and demand forecasting for new products. He currently serves as faculty in the Analytics & Operations division and has been affiliated with NUS since January 2022.
