Shyam Prabhakar is a Senior Group Leader and Associate Director at the A*STAR Genome Institute of Singapore (GIS). His research focuses on gene-regulatory mechanisms in human diseases using high-throughput omics technologies and computational methods. Key roles include leading the Laboratory of Systems Biology and Data Analytics, and contributing to initiatives like the Human Cell Atlas (HCA) and Asian Immune Diversity Atlas (AIDA).
