Shuyuan Liu is a Teaching Professor and Graduate Teaching Fellow at Queen's University's Department of Curriculum and Pedagogy. She holds a PhD in Education and an M.A. in TESOL from the University of Southern California. Her research focuses on formal and informal learning experiences of newcomer youth, multiliteracies among immigrant populations, and curriculum development emphasizing social justice and critical pedagogy.
