Shunlan Fang is an Associate Professor of Accounting at Kent State University's Ambassador Crawford College of Business. Her research examines debt contracting, corporate control mechanisms, cost/earnings management, and corporate political activities, with publications in Journal of Management Accounting Research and Annual Review of Financial Economics.
