Shu Li is an Assistant Professor in Law and Technology at the Erasmus School of Law, Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he is affiliated with the Law and Economics department. His work bridges legal scholarship with technological innovation, focusing on private law responses to digital risks.
His primary research interests include Artificial Intelligence regulation, data protection law, consumer law, product safety, insurance law, and EU private law.
