Eva Lindell-Frantz is a Senior Lecturer and Associate Professor at the Department of Law, Lund University, and a researcher at the Business Law Center at Lund University. Her work focuses on insurance law, consumer protection, contract law, and product liability, with particular emphasis on digital transactions, AI liability, and sustainable development goals.
Research Interests:
- Insurance Law: Loyalty obligations, contract interpretation, procedural terms, and liability in consumer insurance.
- Commercial Law: Sanctions, contractual damages, sharing economy regulation, and EU harmonization.
- Consumer Protection: Right to repair, anti-money laundering policies, and digital transaction safeguards.
Recent Publications (2025–2015): Her work includes consultation statements on EU product liability directives, AI civil liability, and sanctions in commercial law. She has contributed to research on pandemic-era business interruption insurance, sharing economy liability, and contract law reforms.
