Shreya Atrey is an Associate Professor in International Human Rights Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford, based at the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights. She holds multiple prestigious affiliations including Official Fellow and Welfare Dean of Kellogg College, Senior Teaching Fellow at New College, and associate membership with the Oxford Human Rights Hub. Her academic career includes postdoctoral fellowships at the European University Institute (Max Weber Fellow) and NYU School of Law (Hauser Global Fellow). She earned a BCL with distinction and a DPhil in Law on the Rhodes Scholarship from Magdalen College, University of Oxford.
