Richard Martin is an Assistant Professor of Law at LSE Law School, part of the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a non-practicing barrister in England and Wales and a member of Lincoln’s Inn. Previously, he served as a Fellow at LSE (2017-2019), a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow at the Bonavero Institute of Human Rights (University of Oxford, 2019-2020), and a visiting fellow at the University of New South Wales.
