Shoshanna Fine, PhD, is an Assistant Research Professor at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health's Department of Mental Health. Her work focuses on mental health and psychosocial development among marginalized and culturally diverse populations globally, particularly adolescents in adversity. She leads the Global Early Adolescent Study (GEAS), investigating gender socialization impacts in low-resource urban environments across five continents.
