Shon Meyer

Shon Meyer is a College Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at New Mexico State University. With credentials from ACSM and NSCA, he serves on the State Advisory Board for NSCA. His research examines physiological adaptation to high-intensity training, strength program design, exercise prescription, performance testing, and health practices for longevity promotion. He holds an MS in Sport & Recreation Administration and BS in Exercise Physiology from University of Idaho, and is currently pursuing doctoral studies in Kinesiology.
