Shkelzen Hasanaj, PhD, holds dual roles as a Postdoctoral Researcher in General Sociology at the University of Siena and an Adjunct Professor at the University of International Studies of Rome (UNINT). At UNINT, he teaches Intercultural Dialogue Strategies (36 hours) and Management & Intercultural Communication (20 hours) within the Doctoral Program in Global Studies and Innovation (2024-2025).
