Shivani Dhir serves as the Assistant Dean of Digital Learning and Curriculum Innovation at NYU Tandon School of Engineering, overseeing the Digital Learning and Executive & Professional Education portfolios. She is also an adjunct faculty member in the Technology Management and Innovation department and the Emerging Technology MS program, teaching undergraduate and graduate students. With over 15 years of higher education leadership, her expertise spans strategy development for graduate, professional, and executive programs, alongside industry experience leading a digital marketing agency's higher education division.
Her educational background includes a BA from NYU’s College of Arts & Sciences and an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. Dhir focuses on innovating curriculum design, digital learning methodologies, and bridging academic-industry gaps through workforce development initiatives. She actively contributes to NYU Tandon’s mission through strategic program expansion and partnerships, such as the collaboration with Cyversity to support women in tech.
