Shiva Sivaramakrishnan is the Henry Gardiner Symonds Professor of Accounting and Academic Director of Healthcare Programming at Rice University's Jones Graduate School of Business. He holds a Ph.D. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School, an MBA from Xavier Institute, and a B.Tech from IIT Madras. His research bridges management accounting, financial reporting, and organizational strategy, focusing on planning systems, financial analyst roles, and earnings management.
