Bala Dharan

Bala Dharan is the Robert B. and Candice J. Haas Visiting Professor at Harvard Law School and holds the title of J. Howard Creekmore Professor Emeritus at Rice University. He is also a Managing Director at Berkeley Research Group, a litigation and business consulting firm. His academic background includes professorships at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University), Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan School of Management, and the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
