Shirin Montazer is an Associate Professor at the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at Wayne State University, specializing in the Sociology of Mental Health, Work-Family Conflict, International Migration, and Quantitative Methodology. Her research explores how macro- and micro-level factors affect mental health trajectories and work-family dynamics, particularly among immigrants and dual-income couples.
