Tolga Tezcan is an Associate Professor of Sociology at California State University, Monterey Bay. His research focuses on migration dynamics, including return, circular, and marriage migration, as well as intergenerational family conflicts and the religiosity of immigrant communities. He holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Florida (2019). His work examines Turkish immigrant communities in Western Europe, particularly Germany, analyzing how social relationships and identity evolve in transnational contexts.
