Shingirayi Kandi is a PhD Researcher at the School of Education, part of the Faculty of Arts, Humanities, Education and Social Sciences at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. His research focuses on embedding outdoor learning in special schools for pupils with complex, severe, profound multiple learning disabilities (CSPMLD) in England.
- Education: Level 4 Award in Education and Training (Milton Keynes College), MSc in International Business and Entrepreneurship (De Montfort University), B.Com Honours in Marketing (National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe)
Research interests span Outdoor Learning, Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and Safety & Inclusion for Individuals with Disabilities. His work also intersects with Ethnic Minority Entrepreneurship and Rehabilitation in Prison Education.
