Dr. Shikha Prashad is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Texas at Arlington. She holds a PhD in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a dual BA in Biology and Computer Science from Bryn Mawr College. Her research focuses on neural and cognitive mechanisms of motor learning in populations with dopamine dysregulation, leveraging EEG and advanced computational methods. She has held academic positions at UTA, Washington State University, and completed postdoctoral training at UT Dallas.
