Shelby Regner serves as a Staff Lecturer in the School of Professional and Graduate Education at Mount Holyoke College, where she contributes to the Master of Arts in Teacher Leadership (MATL) program. Her academic foundation includes dual degrees from Mount Holyoke in elementary education, early childhood, and teacher leadership.
Her research centers on early literacy development, teacher efficacy enhancement, and optimizing andragogical approaches for educator training. These interests directly inform her work in teacher leadership development and classroom pedagogy refinement.
Regner brings 12 years of frontline educational experience to her academic role, having served as both classroom teacher and literacy coach prior to her current position.
