Shelby Burger is an Assistant Professor of Education at the School of Education, East Texas Baptist University (ETBU), serving as the Certification Officer for the School of Education. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Dallas Baptist University.
