Shawn Boyne

Shawn Boyne is a Professor and Associate Vice Chancellor overseeing the Business Department, Humanities, Social Sciences, and Education (HSSE) departments, and the Early Childhood Development Center at the University of Minnesota Crookston. He holds a J.D., Ph.D., LLM, and MBA, with academic credentials from institutions like the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Giessen University in Germany.

His research focuses on comparative criminal procedure, cybercrime, counterterrorism, and legal systems.
