Shaun McCarthy

Dr. Shaun McCarthy is an Associate Professor and Director of Clinical Legal Research at the University of Newcastle's School of Law and Justice. With an unrestricted practising certificate from the Law Society of NSW, he serves as Program Convenor for the Practical Legal Training Program and has been admitted as a solicitor in both the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia.
