Shaun Evans is a Lecturer in Early Modern History and Welsh History at Bangor University's School of History, Law and Social Sciences, where he also serves as Director of the Welsh Estates Research Institute. Originally from Flintshire, he holds a PhD from Aberystwyth University on the Mostyn family's dynastic identity, following History studies at York.
