Shaun DeWayne House

Shaun DeWayne House is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Philosophy and Humanities at The University of Texas at Arlington. He holds a PhD in Philosophy from the University of North Texas (2013), a JD from Texas Wesleyan University (2002), an MBA from LeTourneau University (1999), and a BBA in Marketing from UTA (1994). His research focuses on Business Ethics, Virtue Ethics, Martial Arts Philosophy, and Modern Philosophy. He has extensive teaching experience, including courses such as MORAL PROBLEMS, BUSINESS ETHICS, and PHILOSOPHY OF LAW. House is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and Texas Air National Guard, a 5th Degree Black Belt in Karate, and a martial arts school owner since 2011.
