Dr. Sharon Maleki Far is a Lecturer in the School of Accounting, Information Systems, and Supply Chain at RMIT University, based in Melbourne, Australia. Her roles include Undergraduate Program Manager for Logistics and Supply Chain Management (2021–2023), Chair of the Academic Workload Allocation Model (2021–2023), and a member of the Comprehensive Program Review Team (2024–present). She previously served as a Lecturer at RMIT Vietnam’s School of Business & Management (2016–2018).
Her research focuses on supply chain technologies, sustainability, digital innovation, and Industry 4.0/5.0. Notable contributions include studies on blockchain adoption in pharmaceutical supply chains, sustainable logistics, and vaccine distribution models during pandemics. She actively supervises research-based projects on topics like blockchain implementation, e-marketplace usage, and organizational innovation.
Dr. Maleki Far has contributed to peer-reviewed journals and conferences, addressing themes such as SME resilience, supply chain agility, and customer knowledge management. Her work emphasizes practical applications of technology and sustainability in global supply chains. She is open to supervising PhD and Master’s students and collaborates on industry projects and conferences.
