Sharon Baik

Sharon Baik, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Supportive Care Medicine at City of Hope, with clinical expertise in psychology and health equity research. She holds a dual doctorate from San Diego State University and University of California San Diego, followed by a postdoctoral fellowship at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.

Research Focus:

• Improving health-related quality of life for cancer survivors
• Reducing disparities in medically underserved populations
• Developing smartphone/web-based interventions for treatment adherence
• Psychosocial care across the cancer continuum

Scientific Contributions: Her publications emphasize digital health solutions for marginalized groups, including culturally adapted interventions for Latina breast cancer survivors and psychosocial studies in oncology populations.
