Elizabeth Addington is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Medical Social Sciences within Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. A health psychologist, she focuses on mind-body approaches (e.g., yoga, positive psychology) to improve wellbeing for adults facing cancer, HIV, chronic pain, and caregiver stress. Her research includes mixed-methods and stakeholder-engaged studies to enhance access to evidence-based interventions via mobile/web platforms and identify biobehavioral mechanisms linking psychosocial and physical health outcomes.
