Julienne Bower

Julienne Bower is a Professor at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with joint appointments in the Department of Psychology and the Department of Psychiatry/Biobehavioral Sciences. She serves as Director of the Mind-Body Research Lab, Associate Director of the Cousins Center for Psychoneuroimmunology, and as a Member of the Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center. Her research explores mind-body interactions in individuals facing stressful life events, particularly cancer patients and survivors, focusing on biological pathways linking psychological states to health outcomes and the effects of mind-body interventions.
