Shari Thompson is an Assistant Teaching Professor at Rowan University's Ric Edelman College of Communication & Creative Arts, specializing in Radio, Television & Film. She previously served as Assistant Professor at Howard University and adjunct professor at Temple University and Stevenson University. Holding a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.F.A. from Temple University, her research focuses on scriptwriting, race and representation in cinema, film philosophy, and documentary film.
