Shane T. Stansbury is a Professor of the Practice of Law at Duke University School of Law and the Robinson Everett Distinguished Fellow in the Center for Law, Ethics, and National Security. He previously served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Southern District of New York (SDNY), specializing in terrorism, cybercrime, espionage, money laundering, and international public corruption cases. His notable prosecutions include former Guatemalan President Alfonso Portillo and AQAP operative Minh Quang Pham.
