Dr Shane McLoughlin is a Lecturer in Character Education at the Jubilee Centre for Character and Virtues, University of Birmingham. He holds a PhD and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). His work focuses on designing interventions to clarify values and promote psychological flourishing through meaning-focussed therapies. He specializes in psychometric measurement, quantitative assessment of interventions, and behavioral science applications.
