Shan Wang

Shan Wang is a PhD candidate at the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies of Culture at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). Her research focuses on AI applications in labor markets and bias mitigation in human resources management through the Horizon Europe BIAS project.
