Dr. Shan Muir is a full-time Lecturer in Psychology at Edith Cowan University's School of Arts and Humanities, based at the Joondalup campus. She holds a PhD from Curtin University and has a strong background in mixed-methods research, particularly focusing on crime and justice issues, social psychology, online behavior, and vulnerable populations' wellbeing. Her teaching expertise includes research methods units, and she currently supervises a PhD candidate examining dangerous sexual offender risk assessments.
