Shalanda H. Baker is a Professor of Law, Public Policy, and Urban Affairs at Northeastern University, currently on leave to serve as Director of the Office of Economic Impact and Diversity at the U.S. Department of Energy. She co-founded the Initiative for Energy Justice to advance equity-centered energy policy, and collaborates with Northeastern’s Global Resilience Institute and the School of Law’s Center for Law, Information and Creativity (CLIC).
