Shal Khazanchi

Dr. Shal Khazanchi is a Professor of Management and Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Programs at the Saunders College of Business, Rochester Institute of Technology. Holding a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from the University of Cincinnati, she explores spatial influences on workplace relationships, creativity, and innovation.
