Jieun Lee

Jieun Lee is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at the Saunders College of Business, Rochester Institute of Technology. Her research focuses on strategic management, organizational behavior, and leadership dynamics.

Recent publications explore the impact of product approvals/recalls on inter/intra-firm collaborations and labor market influences on executive compensation comparison effects. These works span sub-fields including regulatory compliance, competitive dynamics, executive turnover, and organizational structure.

She currently teaches MGMT-560 Strategic Management, a capstone course integrating functional theories to create competitive advantage through case studies and simulations.
