Michael Palanski is a Professor of Management at RIT's Saunders College of Business, specializing in leadership, organizational behavior, and business ethics. He holds a BS from Grove City College, an MA from Covenant Theological Seminary, and a PhD from Binghamton University. His research on ethical leadership and leader development has been cited over 5,000 times, focusing on cross-domain leadership influences and multi-domain identity development. He authored The Me1st Method: Hands-On Leadership Development for New Roles and Big Challenges and serves as a speaker/executive coach.
