Dr. Shakthi Nataraj is a Lecturer in Sociology (Gender and Decolonisation) at Lancaster University's Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences. They co-direct the Centre for Gender Studies and specialize in queer anthropology, decolonial methodologies, and transgender activism. Their research focuses on gender ontologies, migration impacts, and participatory arts practices in marginalized communities.
