Shailaja K Mani

Dr. Shailaja K. Mani is an Associate Professor in the Department of Molecular and Cellular Biology at Baylor College of Medicine. She leads research on molecular mechanisms of steroid hormone action in brain function, particularly examining how neuronal progesterone receptors regulate physiology and behavior through genomic and non-genomic pathways.
