Jack Shepard is an Associate Professor in Biological Sciences at Towson University. His research investigates the neurobiological mechanisms of stress responses, examining behavioral effects of glucocorticoids, neuroendocrine regulation, and neural plasticity following chronic stress exposure.
His publications explore corticosterone pathways in anxiety behavior, hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis function, and genetic factors influencing stress reactivity. Current work focuses on translational models of stress-related disorders.
