Shahrokh Shariat

Shahrokh Shariat is a Professor and Chairman of the Department of Urology at the Medical University of Vienna (since 2013). He holds adjunct professorships at multiple international institutions, including Weill Cornell Medical Center (New York), University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (Dallas), Charles University (Prague), and Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, and is an Honorary Professor at the University of Jordan (Amman).

He is a prolific author with over 1,570 peer-reviewed papers (h-index 113 on Scopus) and holds four patents in prostate/bladder cancer research.
