Shahin Kamali is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Manitoba. His research focuses on algorithm design, analysis, and limitations, particularly in online problems such as bin packing, list update, and k-Server. He also explores applications of algorithms in big data contexts, including text compression, graph partitioning, and cloud resource allocation.
